Core Exchange Policy

In short: On rebuilt-exchange units you pay a core charge, listed on each product page, and get it back when your old unit returns in repairable condition. Core return shipping is on you.

Many of our rebuilt transmissions are sold as a rebuilt exchange. You pay for the rebuilt unit plus a core charge, and you get the core charge back when your old unit comes back to us in repairable condition.

How it works

The core charge is listed on each rebuilt unit's product page. It varies by model. For example, see the rebuilt 71C 1.1:1 (REB 1017-004 (~~$2,231.25~~ $1,599.99)) or the rebuilt 71C 2.10:1 (1017-009 ($3,487.50)).
Cores must be in repairable condition to receive the full core refund.
Core return does have a shipping charge, and all return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
